Rivers Rerun Election: Heavy Military Presence In Port Harcourt

Soldiers are on major roads in Port Harcourt. As early as 4:00am they had taken over GRA junction on Aba road. The soldiers were seen questioning motorists before allowing them drive through mounted barricades.
